By agreeing to have a website designed you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Any prices quoted for the design of a website will apply until the website is completed, providing there are no undue delays which are beyond my control. If progress on the website is delayed by more than one month I reserve the right to review my quotation.

In the case of larger websites which may take more than one month to complete, I reserve the right to issue interim invoices to cover the work completed up to that point.

When your website is complete it will remain the copyright of Axess Web Design until your payment is received in full. After payment is received, the website will become your property and can be uploaded to its permanent internet address.

All content included within your site remains your responsibility, Axess Web Design does not accept any responsibility for false or inaccurate statements made by you, copyright infringements or any other legal issues that could lead to prosecution by a third party.

I will place your company’s website on a temporary internet site during development, to allow you or your company the opportunity to view and comment upon the website's progress. If these preliminary designs are used by another design agency we will make a charge of £300 for the design ideas.

Any alterations you wish to make to the site will be invoiced separately. We do not undertake to maintain or update your company’s website as part of the design commission and any additions or alterations should be notified to us for inclusion in the site. However, I do not apply a minimum charge for alterations.

All invoices are to be paid within seven working days from invoice date. Interim invoices may be raised whilst work is being undertaken, particularly if there are any delays in completing the site for reasons beyond my control.
If any invoices remain unpaid for longer than ten working days, Axess Web Design will not be under any obligation to continue with any work on behalf of you or your company until payments are received.

In the case of work remaining unpaid, I may at my discretion, disable access to your website until payment is received. There will be a "re-connection" charge of £50. Axess Web Design will not be held responsible for any declared "loss of earnings" as a result of your website being disabled, as it will be seen as your own responsibility to pay on request.

Should you or your company wish to cancel your contract with Axess Web Design, you will be invoiced for any work completed up to the date the contract is terminated.

Apart from that you find me an extremely flexible, reliable and honest person. My reputation has been built on good business ethics and mutual trust.
